ok, I needed to replace the y axis linear bearing... after replacing it, my HBP won't heat... tried both Simplify 3d, and Repetier-Host... nothing... it'll update ambient room temp... checked fuse, good... cables are secured to card... extruder heats just fine... do not see any broken wires at build...

First Layer Height: 200%
First Layer Speed: 25%

Outline Underspeed: 80%

Extruder temp: 215 Bed: 70
