Thanks for the response! I realized the program does not set bounds for the motor. I was clicking it to move at maximum distance assuming it would stop at the end of the printers capability and that is not the case. Problem solved once I found how to zero the machine. Thanks!!

The z axis hasnt been set up yet, but the x and y both seem to move too far and cause the motor to skip teeth on the belt.
