Octoprint plugin to edit marlin eeprom settings
I know a lot of us here use Octoprint and I have stumbled onto a plugin that I have found useful and thought I would share. It lets you edit your eeprom settings inside of Octoprint and permanently save them. I have found this to be a huge time saver in adjusting settings. It can be found HERE

It does present itself as the simplest quickest solution. Might want to order a couple extra belts just in case ! My printed belt clamps are usually on the tight side once printed and last for hundreds of hours of printing before showing loosening. Could you possibly be printing a little off somehow...

Or design one to positively clamp to it. Maybe a cantilever type design with a tightening screw ?

The extruder gear reduction has most likely given out . Time to take it apart. You can order the replacement parts.from makergear.

What is your infill ? To high of an infill will make that stuff warp like mad. I only use 25 or 30 for filament drives.

Thanks for all the great info. I will look at auto desk fusion again. I do need something that makes it a bit easier to edit your models...
