Z-axis stepper issues
I have a M2 that was shipped March 2013. I have upgraded it to 24V and Dual extruder over the years. Recently has some issues with M999 errors and poor print quality that as far as I can tell were related to the thermistor wiring. I replaced both the thermistor and all the wiring leading up to the R...

Re: Poor Print quality and Error message
Could this be the Rambo failing? One thing I just remembered was a few months ago.. right before this all started to become a problem I found my electronics case fan stalled out/jammed with a small piece of filament. I replaced the fan immediately but I am not sure how long it was not working. I do ...

Re: Poor Print quality and Error message
Changed the thermistor this past week. Reset Z offset and went back to profiles I have been using for awhile. Printed some parts in ABS 3.5 hour print roughly. https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/ZLRFtNvLHE3ip-vemGtoRSVoKK5lEVvLRFisLeCmg2cZfjEVVuJd-zB2xVTpm00nsHWKSSHyfQhFU1UXEV1nVt5D0_vZpZhwlvP5SuqwSa...

Re: Poor Print quality and Error message
I can't find any info on how you replace them?
Is it as simple as unscrewing a set screw and pulling out the old thermistor?

Poor Print quality and Error message
I've had my M2 for almost 3 years now. Upgraded to 24V and then Dual extruder with stainless nozzles. Print several times a week on average mostly ABS and some PLA. I also use an Raspberry Pi with Octoprint. I print in a heated metal enclosure (average temps are 80-90F) Recently my M2 has suffered a...

M2 3d Model
I am working on a design for an enclosure for my M2. I would like to draw it in CAD first. Does anyone have a 3d model of the M2? (even somewhat crude would do) Anything to get me started would be great! I typically make my designs in Geomagic Design but I can import a lot of different file types. T...
