Frank, Currently there isn't a specific hot routine for PETG. Your best bet is probably to do the cold calibrations. The LCD enclosure files that we have are for stand alone only. We have no designs for mounting it to the printer.

Typically, collisions happen if the FFF settings are set improperly. This can sometimes happen by accident sometimes. That could be curling.
You could try lowering your print temp a little. 5°-10°.
