Yes, it's written up in the Beginner's Guide. Just make sure you keep the clips running parallel to the long edge of the plate.

Re: Print Settings for PETG: eSUN Solid Black Filament
When you start a print, just use the tweezers to pull the glob down when it purges to the side. Makes for a neater print without the smear.
If you don't remove the glob with a wipe on the glass or by cleaning with the tweezers when you start a print, it winds up IN your print, which you don't want.

The setting you're looking for is on the Layer tab....Start Points - Use random Start Points for all Perimeters.

Re: Possible bad Stainless Steel nozzles
You should be able to see a comparison of the size to the other nozzle if you clean them off, from the outside, but it doesn't matter. Support ticket is probably the way to go anyway.

Might want to measure the hole with a calipers then - they might be out of spec.

Re: Possible bad Stainless Steel nozzles
Did you check the size stamped on the side of the nozzles? (Might have accidentally gotten a 0.5 mm nozzle or two.)

Re: Can support increase accuracy/definition of small featur
The shape of those makes it impossible to do what I would have suggested, which would be to pause the print and print the text raised on the design in a different color. If it were a horizontal top, you could maybe get away with it. But that canted angle makes it impossible. That would be a tough one.

Re: Bottom and Perimeter Separation Problem
Looks like the layers are being under extruded a little bit - there are pretty distinct lines between your threads, and you can see the layer below. Check your extrusion multiplier, make sure you have the gap set correctly, and make sure that you have enough Outline Overlap on your Infill (about 15%...
