Re: "Jerking" During X/Y Travel

I think the newer versions run faster. Also did you modify the accel and jerk settings in marlin to m...

Re: "Jerking" During X/Y Travel
It is not hardware. What version of arduino did you use to upload. Makergear only supports recommends 1.5.5... .I think... my memory is terrible. The newer versions seem to cause issues for some.

Re: General G-Code Question 4 the Experts
If you start to pre heat an m2 that has the retraction of 10 or 20 at print end it usually takes at least ten minutes , but usually more for my setup. At least with my machine if I wipe it after the machine heats it is all good. It has burned out the filament during pre heat.

After sudo apt-get update. Run sudo apt-get upgrade. Then the rest. The upgrade may help.

Re: Octoprint LED Boot Sequence
If you can get it working octoprint has an optional user downloaded plug in to shut itself down at print end.

Re: Stops at random points in the middle of the print

For fun. Home z and take a picture of the nozzle in relation to the heated build plate. A close up maybe.
