How to fix this

IMG_2093.jpg Hello again. For background I'm printing in an enclosure in a temperature controlled room. I keep my filament in vacuum sealed bags with silacant packs and the filament spools to the machine out of humidifier that holds the roll. This is Amazon Basic PETG running at 250 temp on a heate...

Re: Filament stuck in the printed extruder motor cover

Got the part completely clear. I suspect there was a piece of plastic stuck in there from the first jam and that is what was causing the problem. Just in case I pushed a bit more cleaning filament, did another cold pull and only got a spec of back. So far the next print seems to be going much better...

Re: Filament stuck in the printed extruder motor cover

As an update I got part of the PETG out of this piece but its currently blocked in the middle of that bottom tube. I can not see the blockage but I also can't feed filament through that piece when its off the machine. I used a modeling pin to push part of it out, I'm goign to assume if I have a long...

Filament stuck in the printed extruder motor cover

Hi all, For background I was printing all PLA. I switched nozzles and started printing PETG. Most of those prints were a little stringy with occasional blobbing but otherwise solid prints. I was printing Amazon Basic Orange PETG. When the roll finished in the middle of a print I tried to splice in a...

Re: M2 just stops printing/moving

I don't think the nozzle is hot Replace the hot end thermistor. The other possibility is an almost-broken wire in the cable from the thermistor to the RAMBo board, due to all the flexing, but replacing the thermistor is where you start. Somewhere in the torrent of printer messages, you'll likely fi...

Re: M2 just stops printing/moving

Does it stop at exactly the same spot, or is it random. If it's random, I suspect a loose/busted wire someplace. If it stops at the same spot, that suggests there's something in the gcode that isn't right. I'm not sure it's the same spot as it's only happened twice and they were about a week apart.

M2 just stops printing/moving

Hello all, I use my printer almost solely to make inserts and other pieces for my board games. Lately I've been working on printing some coins to replace cardboard chits. Twice now my printer has just stoped in mid print, the nozzle is even still touching the part it stopped on. If I look in the mac...
