expensive... but I routinely print with a 0.25 mm nozzle.... fanless... no model fan... no extruder fan... and no heated bed...

At a glance, the print quality shown in the fuzzy picture in the other thread doesn't seem exceptional for a well-tuned M2.

If you provide more (read that as any) information about your "very modified M2", you'll have far more credibility...
