I'm planning a flexible filament test run on my vertical mount filament drive, and need advice on S3D settings and bed surface treatment. Also, recommended model to print.
24V M2 with E3D V6. Red 1.75mm SainSmart Flexible TPU

Print a 3dBenchy with it, like 20mm/sec @ 240C with hairspray on glass @ 60C.

Has anyone tried running the Sainsmart Flexible TPU thru a V4 extruder yet? and actually printed successfully? I keep getting jammed up

slow is key. how fast are you printing? sainsmart wont be any more difficult than ninjaflex so 20mm/sec should be about right. basically exactly what insta said above.

New M2 owner here, but just successfully printed with the Sainsmart TPU and the V4. A couple of Simplify settings I found on the net seemed to help:
Retraction speed and Printing speed: 1800 mm/min and I set the X/Y Axis Movement to 16200 mm/min.
I ran it through the tube to help it enter relatively straight (I've seen others make mention they ran without the tube).
I know it's sort of a necro post, but this was one of the first that came up in my search and thought I'd add for posterity's sake.
