1) The facts are I'm a No0b at this printing but I do know the basics after 6months of troubleshooting with the m2 E and I've made good prints

So I wanted to print a birdhouse for the in laws in good looking wood

I changed the nozzle to .40 and purchased rosewood timberfill from matterhackers

But it clogged up and I burnt out my head end like a bone head trying to clear it

Has anyone used this filament? I searched for timberfill but nothing came back.

What's the deal here?

If it's like most of the wood-fill filaments, it's probably just sawdust in PLA. What temperature did you use to print it? (PLA generally needs to be printed no higher than 225°, or it can carbonize in the nozzle and clog it.) I print wood fill filaments at about 200-°205°.

You might be able to clean the nozzle or replace it. (Generally easier to just replace it, they're pretty cheap.)

Not sure what burning out the head end is - but you can probably clear any clog in the barrel and keep using it. Posting some pictures can help.
