We had talked about putting one in, and decided we weren't likely to need one for the few times it happens.
(I was seriously questioning that wisdom yesterday. )

Yeah, they talk that way down here. ROFL! Their chopper was first on the scene though, and it circled the whole time getting shots from all angles. (Made it almost impossible to talk to the gas company representative on the phone from outside in the street, to tell them which house to get to. I'd never actually considered how intrusive (and loud) they are.)
