First Layer Wrinkles / Ripples

First layer wrinkles like that are almost certainly due to an unlevel bed. The wrinkling occurs where the nozzle is too close to the bed.. Your print covers a lot of area, which will make it challenging, but you can probably get it reasonably close to level.

Do you recommend just using a level to level the bed out and pulling the nozzle further away?
