How bad will this tall skinny part fail.... Before i print

Actually it's exactly the opposite for ABS - don't speed it up, but try to keep it warm while it prints.

Matt, you brought up other shapes. I agree that may work as well, rectangle could be good. Would switching to a honeycomb infill be beneficial here?

Poorly worded....don't mess with the temps or the speeds for ABS. But do try to keep it warm while it prints. (Enclosure of some kind.)
