Jules, im not following your comment in relation to slowing the print speed down and nozzle temp. I am a dense one though. :)

Matt, you brought up other shapes. I agree that may work as well, rectangle could be good. Would switching to a honeycomb infill be beneficial here?

JSC, It's going to take me a bit to get into the tinkerer/inventor mindset.

Poorly worded....don't mess with the temps or the speeds for ABS. But do try to keep it warm while it prints. (Enclosure of some kind.)
