Unless it's by design, the phpBB configuration is set to "read only" in the admin panel (acp).

There's no reply, or start a new topic button/box.

Forum configuration will set permissions level for approved members who want to post in
the new and much needed forum.

Splitting topics is another thing that needs to be considered, 12 page topic is overload
and needs division.

I've have a phpBB forum for my website since 2002 and know the ins and outs the code that runs this board.

Josh is admin, so his permission level over rides everything and allows him to post.

John, thanks for the headsup here - I've copied over the permissions from this forum, could you (or anyone else online) please test? I don't have a regular permission account.

EDIT: Had jsc test, it works - NOW all dual discussion can be organized there X) Thanks again for the warning.

ahhh i thought it was just me. i couldnt find the post reply button anywhere lol...we are good now

It's all fixed now thanks to Josh.
