Should I order now or wait for the V4 extruder to be released. If ordered now with the VB3 extruder, can it be easily replaced with the V4? Will there be any difference in the M2 when the V4 is released such as a metal motor mount? So I guess the real question is can the M2 be upgraded easily so I shouldn't wait any longer.

The M2 upgrades easily, and the official upgrade kits from MakerGear are well thought out and comprehensively documented. If you've worked on your car, built a computer, replaced a faucet in your house, or other comparable DIY thing, you have the skill necessary to install these upgrade kits.

That said, I haven't noticed a big change in quality between the V3B and the V4 with PLA. The V3B already printed very well, and the V4 just gave me a bit more build volume and a bit less ooze. It is easier to change nozzles out though.
