Printing: USB vs SD Card behavior

Just a quick question about some behavior I see when printing from an SD card without the computer attached. I noticed that the x and y axes periodically go to the end stops and then continue printing. This doesn't happen when printing with S3D over USB. Is this normal? No ill effects observed, just unexpected.

Nope, not normal. Might be a bad SD card, or a corrupted file.
