I've been printing a lot of pieces meant to snap together, and they tend to have a large, flat base with holes or pegs that snap together. Lately, I've been having an issue where the edges of these large, flat pieces will curl up. So, if I had a square that was 3mm thick, and maybe 100mm X 100 mm, by the time it was done printing, none of the corners would make full contact with the printer bed. They would be at least a couple millimeters above the surface.
Has anyone else seen this? Any ideas how to prevent it? Do I need to clean my surfaces better, or is there something else involved?
Brad
Edges peel up
Re: Edges peel up
Put down a layer of glue stick or hairspray on the bed.
