Just a little update here..... I don't want to speak too soon but it seems a small deskfan has solved all the overhang issues! I am printing the T-rex skull right now and it has some steep unsupported overhangs that are sharp and tiny (the teeth for instance) and I haven't seen any curling yet!
I have a Raspberry Pi that I plan to use with Octoprint. I wonder if I could just plug a little USB fan with a flexible neck into that for a sleeker more permanent solution.....
