Thanks Jules. I don't have anything labeled acceleration in the speeds area. Is it referred to as something else? Screenshot attached.

Accelerations are limited through adding a G-code line in the Scripts tab.

M201 X1000 Y1000 ; lower default accelerations

Whoops! Sorry, read that wrong! Thought you just wanted to slow down the speeds.

If you reload the M2 firmware, use Arduino IDE version 1.55. We've had some problems where the same code will resulting in print shifting if more recent IDE (1.6x) versions are used. I am not sure why this is happening but we have confirmed that it is directly associated with the IDE version.

Just wondering if the Marlin/Arduino people are aware of this? I took a quick look and couldn't find anybody discussing it. Surely someone must be looking into it?

His x y speed.would make my machine skip steps on both axis. I wonder if this is all that is causing this reoccurring problem ?

No it's something related directly to the Arduino IDE version used to flash the firmware. It's the stupidest thing I've ever seen, but I've independently confirmed it from what Rick has at MakerGear.

I had this same problem and I found out the set screw on my stepper motor wasn't secure enough so I loctited it down and it's now good.
