Can't get filament to retract

That's the problem. A picture is worth a 1,000 words. Nope it was fine, not touching as of right now but I did re-position the fans as shown in my picture, when I un-packed the fans might of got moved so the extruder drive was covered and that is why I could not "see" the problem.
Printing now with my new PEI bed surface..... And it turned out very nice, in spite of not being a perfect install of the PEI and adhesive.
