Whenever there's a shallow-sloped top surface, slic3r makes very thin top surfaces, leading to ugly gaps.
1. Every infill pattern does this.
2. Upping the perimeters doesn't work for large sloped surfaces.
3. Any number of solid top layers (even something like 1000) doesn't work
4. Extra perimeters if needed already checked
I have spent hours looking for a solution, but I cannot find one that isn't:
1. using extremely high infill
2. hand-editing the gcode so the bad layers are solid
3. adding a really good bridging cooling fan
I really need help, please, anyone, I'm going to put myself and the printer into the minivan and drive into the ocean.

do you have an actual pic of a print? i looked at that link and i cant even tell what that is.

well, normally if i had that as my top layer i would say it looks like either printing too hot and or not enough top layers over too low % of infill
