I have an almost-new M2 (new for me, traded for it) and I'm having tons of trouble getting it to print. I have two other printers, but I'm an M2 newbie. Read all the blogs / posts here and what I really need is some one-on-one assistance.
I have a $100 gift card to 3dxtech.com and will gladly offer it up for some tutorial, phone walkthroughs, and some email follow-up!

if you have other printers then you must be somewhat familiar. the m2 is all the same basic open source stuff that most other printers use. its running the same marlin fw that 1/2 the other printers out there are using and the hotend is of the same basic design as well. shouldnt be too complicated. what issues are you having?
