I had a first time issue today. I was printingredients 5 items all replacement backups for my m2 and a ways in the entire print shifted. See pics. Ideas or fluke?

Not enough adhesive. Part of one (or more) of the prints came loose and warped up at the corners. It hit the nozzle and knocked it out of alignment for the rest of the printing.
