I have my m2 z-stop leveled correctly. The light lights on when the bed a business card lower than my nozzle. Pressing Home Z axis, it stops correctly, and the jog controller displays as z = 0mm. When I input g code G1 Z0, it lowers 5.8mm down, jog controls displays z = 0mm. is it firware issue or simplify 3D issue? thanks .

Check the Z-Offset by sending an M503 command.
You can change the Z-Offset with the M206 command.
