Hi there,
I'm trying to update firmware (dual extruder with black z motor, purchased 02/16) M2_Dual_Extruder_Marlin_Black_Z_Motor.zip. I don't see the "COM" port in the list - see attached screenshots. I have a 2016 MBP without USB ports - using an adapter (not sure if that's the problem). Any ideas why the port is missing? Or is it one of the listed? Thanks a lot!

You want one of the usbmodems in the list. Macs work differently

I had to make it work last weekend so I used a laptop with windows and it worked without issues. I'll keep it in mind next time. Thanks again!
