end of filament in middle of print

Hi guys,
I am using Simplify to control my M2 . is there any way how to avoid the situation that the roll is finished and the printer keeps on print
I mean in long time prints that you are not near the printer and can pause

Hi
Thanks for response, It i way to solve the problem if you can check for time to time but if you want to leave the printer over night it will not help much

You don't have to wait until the spool is completely empty before you change it. If you suspect it will run out in the middle of the night, switch the spool before you go to bed.
Otherwise you're taking your chances.

Thanks for help . I wish next printers will have sensor that stop the print in case filament is ended in middle of print ( to my knowledge in electronic it is not very big problem )
