Problems connecting printer

Hi guys,
I am having problems connecting my computer to the printer, I did as the M2 getting started page suggests. I already updated driver software, changed baud rate of my port and modified all the settings on the Pronterface. I click on the Pronterface connect and nothing happens. On my device manager on Ports (COM and LPT) my 3D printer powered by RAMBo is in COM3. Any suggestions?
