Filement backs out of nozzel right before printing.

Using Simplify 3D software to create G file. If I run the printer through Simplify 3D "Machine control Panel", the filament backs out of the heater and the printing stops after one layer. If I use the Pronterface, it doesn't pull the filament out. Boy do I love forums for help. Thanks in advanced guys.
