Can anyone help me with raft setting for S3D?
Every time I use one the top layer of the raft breaks apart and sticks to the bottom of the part.
Here are my setting I'm pretty sure they are the default.
I'm using .2mm layers.

Rafts are generally pretty useless. What do you need a raft for?

Usually a 1-layer brim is better, as it does not add to the dimensions of the part, and it's pretty easy to trim off.

I was having trouble with my first ePC print sticking so I tried to use a raft.
I'll try a brim tonight and see if that helps.

I got good adhesion with ePC on PEI over aluminum at 110C.

The print did not include breakfast. The heater can barely maintain 110C on the bed with the 1/4" aluminum on top of it - but it generally manages.

When I was doing straight polycarbonate (rather than ePC), I had the bed at 135C.

Did you heat it in a box? (Sam I am)

Try increasing your separation distance. Do it in small increments until you find the distance that works for you. I was having the same problem and increased it to 0.18mm, worked for me. I increased it by 0.02 each time until I found the sweet spot.

Turning up the bed temp to 100 did the trick. Turns out I didn't need a raft or skirt.

This ePC is nice once you figure it out
