OK, I ran that job again yesterday in ABS with the Z lift at .32 and in a faster mode since it takes 20 hours in best quality. Didn't get an alignment problem on that run but it cracked all over. Could that have been from the lower fill rate on that mode? It was 15% and it took 9 hours instead of 20. I think I do have some more adjusting to do, as indicated by all the posts and thanks everyone for your input, this is like Deja vu all over again, I went through this kind of stuff years ago on a CNC mill.

That's just ABS (and your model having thin walls & high stress).

This is why PETG is becoming popular :)
