Try 50mms print speed and 60 percent outline speed.....it will be slow....but good things come to those that wait ! Lol :D

Update.

Adding two fans, one on each side of the bed blowing air along x=0 and x=250 edges, helped. But still had some deformed corners for the first 5mm or so.
Dropping the HPB temp to 55degC from 70degC gave me even better result but still slight defect.

Will try to drop that to 50degC, shift the fans a little, maybe. And take a chance with removing the brim, which is giving me a hard time cleaning it post print.

But I think I will continue to have problem with printing this larger enclosures until I get the HPB fixed. I checked by laying it flat against a table and it was obvious the platform bed is warped.

If the glass is warped high in the center try flipping it over and use 140 % first layer height . You could also try turning off heated build plate and use blue painters tape if you think the heat is your corner problem.
