I would look to the z height. set your z offset to -0.10 for starters and see what you get.
your hot end seems very high up in the extruder clamp. could someone else comment on if that is a good choice or not?
maybe the clamp screw is loose and the hot end got knocked?

well I don't use that software so I know it by a different name. (Z Offset) you could always try it out and see what happens! (I'm not liable for anything broken while taking this piece of advice)

Scott, you can't change the Z-Stop that way....you have the Rev. E version of the machine.
The only thing you can do is reset the Starting Height through the Getting Started App. or the Z-Adjust App. (Matt's right though - you do need to re-set it. That nozzle is air-printing.)
Use the little blue feeler gauge that came with your machine.
When you removed the nozzle because you thought you had a clog, you changed the gap between the tip of the nozzle and the bed. It needs to be re-set now. (Lower the hot end in the clamp a little bit and make sure the clamp is snug first.)

The z height needs to be recalibrated. The gap is way too large
