Fake M2 Review

Post by rpollack » Sun Mar 15, 2015 9:12 pm

Check out this fake M2 review on Amazon. I am stunned. The guy does not own an M2.

Rick, I generally don't like to feed the trolls but I had to respond to his review - if it can even be called that. To me it had overtones of this clown wanting the M2 and being ticked off at the price not being what he thought it should be.

I wouldn't get too fired up by that one Rick, anyone who reads that will know the guy is a joke. It actually gave me a good laugh to read.

That was a first and I was pretty shocked. I appreciate the comments here and posts on amazon. It looks like it was taken down.

If you've visited MakerGear, you know the idea what we've gotten complacent is simply untrue. And, I would much rather have people complaining about the website than about the product. We've recently hired a local company to make improvements to the website and shoot some videos...it will probably be a while before it is up. Supporting customers and building quality machines remains the priority...

Yeah I wouldn't call the V4 or the Duel Upgrades complacent.

The website refresh is good news, the existing one does leave room for improvement and freshness.

I would love to see the Web site changed to have an exploded diagram of the whole machine with every single part listed and able to be ordered. Not sure if parts sales would warrant the effort though. But for me it would be awesome !!! No more e mails for random parts that are not listed . :D
Keep up the good work !!!
