Layer shifting on 24v V3B M2

Post by brolly759 » Mon Mar 30, 2015 1:19 am

Hi there, I have a printer about 2-3 months old. I am having this really strange problem where I am getting a layer shift and it continues that layer shift... eventually making another layer shift... It looks like its shifting on both the X and Y axis. I am printing a clipboard around 9-10 inches in length and 6.5" in width, so I have it printing diagonally on the print bed from corner to corner, ABS, ABS slurry for the base to keep it from warping. 235C nozzle, 110C first 5 layers, after that goes to 90C, In an enclosure, I have the print speed to 4800 in Simplify3D. No supports, Raft is on for support because this is a long skinny structure. Belts seem fine and tight.

Any help would be appreciated. This clipboard at 100 Micron takes roughly 32 hours with 30% infill. I attached the photos
