I like the fact that the finishing work is greatly reduced. Does that add a lot of time to the print?

Now lets bump the layer height up to .25mm - now we only need 600 lines to print the same object.
Granted you lose a little quality on the finish but if you are planning on painting (or my suggestion for stuff that goes outside XTC-3D) then chances are you are going to smooth out the lines in post anyway.
Don't get me wrong I do print at low res but usually I am like Maverick in Top Gun - I feel the need ... the need for speed. Especially on large prints like this one.

(Really does make you appreciate a fine finish.....'specially on a larger print.)
