Greetings!

Post by mr_friendly » Sat May 30, 2015 11:43 pm

I just today received my Makergear M2 assembled unit and (thanks in large part to this community) have gotten up and running very quickly. I still have quite a bit to learn about this machine, but I just wanted to say hello and to thank the community and forum regulars for providing such a great resource for 3D printing newbies such as myself. Kudos!

Cheers,
Rob

Rob,

Welcome to the fun! Yes, any reading you did here before your M2 arrived was very helpful, I'm sure. It was for me when I was starting out.

And we ALL still have A LOT to learn about 3D printing. Fortunately, we have a strong group here -- well connected to other things happening in 3D printing, 3D CAD, etc., etc., willing to share, and always willing to help. This board has a VERY high helpful-to-hurtful ratio (dang near infinite) compared to other forums (fora?) I've been on. You've chosen well, padawan!
