I made the model....it's in there at the bottom somewhere. What happens when the rail hits a hairpin curve, is that the....well,
that happens.

That model (in which i was trying to create a gentle curved surface between three successively smaller outlines) might be too complex of a geometry for Rhino to handle.
It wouldn't loft correctly either - kept putting folds in there that i didn't want. Looks like it sweeps and lofts around the perimeter, instead of lofting up towards the center. (Which would do what i need.)
I'll figure out a way to do it eventually, i'm still just a Rhino baby....but, that was just so amazing i had to show it. Since that's in perspective view, and you can see the base grid waaaay in the back, that thing is huge.
