Simplify3D Creator

Is there any way to physically merge two objects in Simplify3D Creator? I tried just setting one on top of (and a little inside) the other, but it carves a circle out of the bottom one and then the top one just falls over during the print.

I overlap parts all the time. Usually by adding mouse ears. In previous versions this did not work and the overlaps would cancel each other out. In the current version this is fixed. Now overlaps should merge as a single model. Be sure tou uave the current version by checking the s3d download page.
