I contacted tech support same day I made this thread. So far nothing has worked.

Where'd you get your copy of Octoprint? I DLed it from the main site and it worked, but then if I tried to update it would fail and the OctoPrint server would refuse to load if I rebooted. Do you update through WiFi? I'll try updating through the Ethernet port next time I try it.

I'll recheck the power connections. I'm sure they are fully connected, but I'll redo them again today.
